You mentioned subway but I think chipotle is a great alternative if you're in a time crunch. Do you have a Costco membership? You can buy in bulk and make large portions at a time then freeze them. An airfryer is your best friend as well. In my life, I've lost 60-70 pounds... mainly through nutrition and working out.

Rolled up on his ankle. Best case scenario, it's sore but otherwise okay. If I had to guess... Maybe a high ankle sprain? Either way, I hope he's okay. Never wanna see injuries.

Definitely a concussion... my girlfriend fainted at my house from a flu shot. Through my quick reaction I was able to hug her head and body as we both fell. She had no injuries but falling like that especially when you're blackout is really dangerous.

No, this is at our local Barcade called Bartari. I've considered putting some in my basement, but that is where I work out. Possibility of doing that in my basement in the future

@mikeyyoon So here they do coin or tokens like the old days. Most games are 25 cents but there are newer games that can be up to a dollar. Yeah, most places are doing 20 to 30 dollars flat fee and setting machines to free play. Here, it's like the old days, lol. Also, there is a coin vending machine if change is needed
