i mean i understand its your first spar but ur form is awful no offence but u really need to practice more, your hand always goes down when u throw a punch, your punches lack the hip pivoting plus i dont think your guard is also proper and i think i saw you tripping a few times i mean you will learn by time but u should really master your form before real sparring cuz if your form aint proper and u spar then u will develop some bad habits which wont end well in real fights...anywayas good sparring keep it up

i mean hey, even i was like you when i first started out but i cant see someone else doing the same mistakes i did ykwim

Good job! I would take a less bladed boxing style stance. That'll get you kicked in the back/back of the head. Also setup your kicks with punches. Something like double jabs while pivoting to setup a right body kick. or a 1,3,2 to setup for a knee to the liver. use your lead teeps like jabs to create distance.

Muay thai is brutal dawg but im here for the journey 🫡. Every expert has always once been a rookie/novice. Im definitely down to see more sparring videos and I feel like I could learn something from watching you grow. Cuz as they say, a wise man learns from the mistakes of others.
