So you can sing 😊😊. A performance on guitar (a cappella) 🎸 would give a better prospective. Do pursue this career if you ever felt that way, all you need is, to shed the German shyness and adopt American like confidence and enthusiasm. A song recommendation - I think you would love it , it's switchfoot's "only hope".

I genuinely encourage you to do so! What is holding you back?🫶🏼 I also had my doubts since I for example do have a rather curvy figure and also lost a lot of skill and technique but now I am very happy that I restarted anyways. It can be difficult especially when you compare yourself to your old self or others you're age, but I noticed how much I miss to dance and express myself in that way. And that was reason enough🌟 And if you already have some knowledge and skills, it gives you a starting point and from there it can only go upwards! I try not to be so hard on myself and I am up for the challenge and want to improve in my own pace. It is better to restart know than in 50years (and even then it is not to late). If you are thinking about it, just sign up for a test lesson or do it once a week and you will see where it takes you💗🫶🏼

I see afd is winning in germany . Do you think it's a positive turn ? They want germany to be German again.
@belleisangl3 ай бұрын
I do absolutely not think that this is a positive turn, quite the opposite! I don't think it is great to support a party that is openly talking about plans to discriminate against groups of people, using violence and harming others. It makes me very sad to see that people support such a mindset and I also do not have any understanding for it! We are all just people living on this earth, we all deserve the same rights and I am strictly against any type of violence. I also thought we should have learnt from history but apparently that's not the case. Violence and hatred won't make anything better no matter how unsatisfied one is with the government right now and it won't bring long lasting change. There can never be something good developed out of hate. What do you think about it?
@thoughts48723 ай бұрын
@@belleisangl Thanks for your response 🤘. I feel like I have ambivalent perspective on this whole situation. I think we should not 🚫 outright reject the concerns of people, and why those concerns have given rise to such entities like afd. There have been many a instances of brutal crimes in the past 8 years that has caused this ripple effect of negativity and repulsion in not just german but in entire European societies. I personally believe in treating everyone as equal and no community or group of people should be given any preferential treatment from governments. I think politicians on both ends of the spectrum use people for their own advancement.If there are people or group of people that are found to be involved in antisocial and dangerous activities, they should be punished appropriately instead of mollycoddling them,no matter who they are german, Asian, African or anyone. I think we need to look beyond our veils of social media and mainstream news to see why people are turning to conservative parties in Europe, it's just not out of hate for migrants. Germany needs foreign workers to sustain their economy as native german population is decling with Germans having less children now than ever. I don't know how afd will tackle this conundrum, they're actually stuck in a quandary, I think they'll cherry pick people from certain parts of the world, and others will get ignored based on crime rates and how they treat females in those countries. I don't care what anyone thinks ,I applaud the german government for recentaly repatriating 28 Afghans that were found to be involved in terrorist activities in Germany and Austria.
@belleisangl2 ай бұрын
@@thoughts4872 Thank you for opening up as well! I agree, that the concerns of people have to be taken seriously, and I understand that people are unsatisfied with things like inflation and the government and that there is a sense of uncertainty about the future. I also think it is very important to try to see and understand where this is coming from, and that this is a very complex topic that can not be broken down to just one cause or outcome. I am with you, when you say that Germany has its struggles regarding the economy and the age of the population, but still, we should not forget, that most of that what the afd is promising does not match with their actions and their future plans. Already years ago, they said they want to "get rid of" foreigners (by what they also mean German people who have a different heritage or just look different), the LGBTQ+ community and idk what else they will come up with. There has been an election in Sachsen and Thüringen recently, and it is really frightening to see that even ex afd party members warn about Björn Höcke, what he really wants, how dangerous he really is and how they themselves underestimated him. And honestly, I don't have a solution myself for the things people are unsatisfied about, but I know for sure that afd is not the solution because they just use the emotion of the people, the fear, and they turn it into hate against others. And that is what I meant when I talked about hatred, because what afd is doing is not helping to find any solutions to the problem, but just accusing others just to have someone to be angry with. I am convinced that there is another solution to the problem that is not hurtful and discriminating against other people!
@thoughts48722 ай бұрын
@@belleisangl You're right, this can easily turn into hatred towards a general immigrant population, against hardworking taxpayers that has nothing to do with any crimes. I think the burden of responsibilities are on other German parties too , they better handle this situation carefully , as more such incidents of knife crimes will only give fodder to right wing parties to exploit people's fears. As I said earlier we have to see how afd deals with this skilled worker shortage and their intolerance towards immigrants. Finland also has aging population, they have decided to give more incentive to their young people to have more kids , we have to see whether germany goes down that similar path or depends on immigration alone. We already saw Volkswagen shutting down factories in germany for lack of investment and unable to compete with Chinese electric automobile industry, a lot of these German companies are now moving their manufacturing plants to China, india and vietnam for cheaper labour. Yep it will be interesting to see how Germany deals with all these calamities at once. You're a fascinating person to talk to, sharp and Intutative 🧠, it's been great having this conversation with you By the way happy birthday 🎂🎂 🎈🎈🎈 I don't know how old are you ? and where can I follow you besides this faceless KZbin??

As a native English speaker who has tried and failed to learn German, French and finally Spanish, your English is impeccable. I heard one of your other videos first but I’m glad I found this one. You remind me a little of my goddaughter. I find your willingness to be vulnerable and share your thoughts very brave and your self-reflection is beyond your years. Perhaps that is the grandma in you. Time is the most precious commodity and you clearly appreciate that. May you never lose your wonderful innocence.

You mentioned starting points. Well this is my starting point in your video library and I am compelled to share some advice. You seem like a sweet, genuine young lady so I’ll assume everything in this video is authentic. My advice: 1. Stop trying to please everyone. I know this will be difficult but there is only so much time in a day. There’ll be plenty of opportunities to reconnect friends and family. 2. Studies come first. You’re at Uni to get a degree. I realize this isn’t always a straight line journey but you need to commit to finding out what makes you tick. This will come through your experiences - both planned and unplanned. 3. Related to #1. Your parents, grandparents and even the friends back at home not only understand you can’t always be there, they expect it. Your success is what they crave for you. Of course visit during breaks just to stay in touch but allow yourself to break free too. 4. Enjoy your time at Uni. This is your chance to learn and grow. Your real friends won’t lose touch with you as your circle grows but that circle will also shrink from time to time. It’s okay. Best wishes in your life journey!!

Hi, thank you so much for sharing your genuine advice, I appreciate it a lot! It is nice to hear from someone with more life experience and I really like what you said. Still, in the moment it feels like a lot at the same time, but you are so right, nobody should try to please everyone around them and also noone expects that. Maybe it is something that takes time to find a balance in... Anyways, have a nice day because you definitely made mine!:)
