Yes, the principles are the same, in terms of knowing what size to use. Most people in the USA are probably a 15-19 mm fit

This channel is awesome and it makes me sad that comments have to be turned off on so many videos. I'll guess its due to *men* being p3rvs. Your videos about flat nipples have helped me a lot. I didn't even know I had them until i failed to breastfeed my first baby. I'm due in June with my next baby and I am PREPARED this time. Good luck to all you moms out there!

Why are you here sir? Let me guess. You're here to see b00bies? Lol We have wonderful technology that helps us feed our babies. Pumping allows my husband and my older son to help me feed my babies. They deserve to bond with their son and baby sibling, just as a mother. Some babies won't latch to a mom's breast either. Get outta here

Wow. I'm a size 36J and just assumed I needed the largest size flange. I'm ordering a size 24 and 21 to try. This was extremely helpful.

I can’t tell the difference between 2:12 where the Areola is not pulled into the flange and 2:50 where a woman is demonstrating pumping as the correct way but it looks like her whole areola is sucked in.

I never knew this. Thanks for this video. My daughter is going to have her baby next month and I need to help her so I needed all the info I could possibly receive. I was never successful at breastfeeding. It seems too time consuming. My daughter doesn’t work so she’ll have all of the time in the world to pump away!
