Maybe I misunderstand your situation, but in general, if any of your prosthetic components require adjustment, repair or replacement, you should contact a clinic where a faulty component was installed. It is their responsibility to provide you with all services associated with the prosthesis. Also, it is the clinic's responsibility to search for technical support if they cannot identify a problem. Technical support is usually provided by a distributor, not by a manufacturer. So, you do not have to contact a manufacturer. Moreover, manufacturers usually do not consult prosthesis wearers regarding the adjustment of their components because it is considered as information for qualified personnel.
