Hi mate. Just this past week I not only lost my alerts/notifications through the app on my phone but also lost the rsc+ access to the panel when using my home Wi-Fi. It works with 4G but somehow not with my home Wi-Fi. The Rsc+ app shows the error message “Push Notification Error - Unable to register panel for notification” and then crashes. Please help me out. Thank you.

Thank you. I tried this after my installer said it would cost me $300 to update the firmware. I also bought the direct link device from your website but when I tried to default it all it did was reset the clock. Please is there anyway to override the installer lockout that prevents me from defaulting the device?

I have recently changed battery and no 1 sensor beeps every time it detect object or we walk around but won't beep with other sensors. and all 5 sensors on keypad blinks. can you suggest what could be the solution for this ?

I assume if the alarm has been set up before , you need to disconnect all sensors to do this reset ? I tried it and the alarm keeps going as if it has big reset ( disconnected power as you have done )

Thanks for sharing this video. By watching your video I was able to replace my fried board of solution 880 with a replacement solution 880 board. I have tested it working with the battery but I could not figure out how to connect the adaptor to the connector as my old cable colours were yellow/green, yellow & yellow. The new adaptor that came with the board has yellow/green, red & white. I can't attach the photo here to the comment but assuming you understand what I am asking for. I do not want to connect the wrong cable and kill the board. Any chance you can help & guide me on which cable goes where? I

Hey Paul, I'm doing everything you're saying but I'm still getting a "Communication failure. Check Control Panel Type, Customer number or other related parameters on link" I even tried the cloud option and it will not connect either because I also set it up with cloud and I put the Cloud ID in and it's still not working.

How would I do this with the Control Panel via Phone number or Control Panel IP address?

I was just on the phone with Dahua discussing a problem of me unable to add an existing camera to the intercom. After adding it it says successfully added, but displays nothing, black screen. Dahua told me that for security reasons they have disabled the access to camera through the intercom, except for the VTO doorbell camera. So disappointed in Dahua. One of the reasons i bought the VTH was to be able to see the cameras around the house in the intercom. Have anyone experience the same problem? Dahua doing nothing to fix the software issue

Nice video I put up new ip module for Cust existing panel. Status light on ip module is on and green But no link light. I tried swapping the ports from modem and cables is changed as well. Do you know if this could be firmware issue? At the moment it v 2.23
