The concept you could tokenize the asset of a home, smart contract for the financing or seller financing / warranties / CarFax-esque tracking of maintenance, Titling, Escrow all written to an immutable ledger, and be able to create a fund for real estate investors who want to participate on the passive income stream of rentals is what captured our imagination. Fractional shares sold, shared, or distributed over multi-generations of real property. When we think about the utility benefits with a "blue-sky" mentality, it seems as if Real Estate as an industry is limited by creativity for all of the potential builds you could have with Ravencoin. When you say that your account does not have a tax statement, are you meaning just the app and not through the Binance.us web portal? Please double check if the tax statement is available on the web portal and if it is not, we would recommend contacting Binance.Us support team directly. For our use we do both App and desktop to double check on both sides, in our opinion it’s still a moving target when it comes to how all of the exchanges are handling the customer service work as a result of being an exchange. We don’t have a preference one over the other simply because both App and desktop platforms even on the same exchange are changing consistently. Hope the helps 👍
