Hi Daniel, thank you for the kind words. I am running through the active FX loop on the SHAW AUDIO DGAS amp. Just the send from the loop into the HOTONE AMPERO input/ The output of the HOTONE to the return. Many times I will run the other out of the HOTONE to another amp input for stereo. Hope this helps.

@@danielgreenberg4751 I feel it is a much better way to do it if your amp has an active loop, great, you should try it. All your FX will sound clear and clean. Many times I run the second output from the AMPERO to another am, giving me stereo. It sounds SO great. I have also kept the verbs, delays in the loop and any OD pedal in the front of the amp. What it breaks down to is if you are using the OD channel on your amp, your FX will sound better in the loop. You will find if you run your pedals in the input and choose to use OD on your amp (not a pedal) , the reverb and delay will overdrive and sound distorted. It is too much level . I hope this helps.

It does not. The USB is for updates and especially recording direct to your DAW. If you are looking for MIDI control, have a look at the AMPERO STOMP II. It is fabulous!

Actually, yes you can use midi through USB to connect midi foot switches. You can assign this in the ampero mini menu

It needs a USB host like a PC or mobile device, or host adapter like a CME Uhost, m-vave or xsonic.

Because I had the amp mic'd in the room ( on my left) with me to also catch the room ambiance on the camera. This is micing a single amp and no digital recording direct from the pedal. I will do another video covering direct recording soon. You then will not hear any room sound and will be in stereo. This was a deliberate recording process.

No cabs when going to the front of an amp...you could also connect to the return of the FX loop on your amp. Thank you!
