regen shield not great. changing the order of hp loss like this is bad. think about it, you cannot be healed when taking 75 hp loss because healing does not restore shields. on the other hand you can take 25 hp loss, then regen all of it twice with the shield regen. but how often are you only taking ~25 damage? to capitalize on this, you more or less have to jiggle peek to minimize damage to your self until you get hit once, then fallback to regen. this is pretty situational but one that comes to mind is peeking info/power angles as defender at round start.

Here is a pro reyna tip, if you find yourself in elo where on average your aim is as good as the opponent's basically making your gunfights on average 50-50's , you might consider taking a duelist that is actually usefull for your team
