If you dual wield two clubs, you can stagger Margit with three jump attacks but they need to be somewhat consecutive.

Dont know if this has been mentioned by other people in the comments, but when you took out those two swords be sure to use them both by pressing LB, not RB because that only uses one of the swords. Cheers.

@@Awesomeyx you have to learn to do that. When he swing the sword and the hammer, a proper jump evades his attack and create a good window for you. In that you can use the jump atack, a heavy, the ash of war and the follow up.

This is really the point that makes or breaks you. Very much like getting past the Taurus Demon in DS1. If you can beat Margit, you can beat Elden Ring. GG!

i recommend finding the bloody slash ash of war as it is one of the best for early game

@@AwesomeyxBe careful though, it takes Hp for the bleed and can kill you if you are not paying attention. I recommend the Spinning Slash Ash of War on a katana or really anything honestly. Double tap/triple tap the L2 and you get good consecutive hits and that helps stagger enemies. Good Job and congratulations on your first big boss.

if you don’t want to watch something just don’t want it. there is no “waste of media content” because this is a memory for this person, and the video and its comment section serves as an area of learning and community where others can share there experience with this boss and give the creator tips for moving forward in the game. even though when you look back on how feeble margit may be now that you could have possibly beat him and moved on to stronger bosses he is still a very punishing and challenging boss for new players and you might be able to remember struggling with this boss unless you came in with powerful items or something. I have no clue what you mean by people posting anything on youtube these days since people have always posted anything on this platform from their visit at a zoo to major news outlets and gaming videos such as this one. all in all there’s no reason to be negative in this community i hope you learned something.
