I think you missed it or blinked :-) basically to fix this issue in search console we unfortunately need to understand how Google looks at and selects canonical URLs. In most cases, this is NOT an issue per se (unless it is multilingual website) but rather Google's attempt to tell you that *Google has gone ahead and selected the best canonical URL (think of it as a URL Google considers as an originating URL (as in Google believe this is the URL it will show to searchers)). developers.google.com/search/docs/crawling-indexing/canonicalization All you then need to do is ensure that the website is setup correctly to blurt out canonical URLs <link rel="canonical" href="www.example.com"> Places to look at for fixing this duplicate without user selected canonical URL is = Make sure that the www or non-www versions are redirecting correctly. Make sure that the / forward slash in URLs compared to non / forward URLS are redirecting correctly. Ensure that the website internal links do not have mismatch in terms of internal URLs (e.g. if the site is using www.example.com WWW then internal links must also match this).

Firstly, if google account is still detected on EXTERNAL site you've logged in with Google account, this means, you haven't cut the connection (as in removed access). Follow the steps in the video thoroughly. Now, after that, you can NOT login to EXTERNAL site if the connection is deleted unless you use Google account to login again. I do not know what you mean by I forgot my phone number?
