So I just got this exact same thing and but using a snowblower instead. It was a dog putting it on. I had the same problems. I ended up cutting my shaft super short and then welding a different bracket on the top. The shaft was so short I ended up actually unbolting the pump to get it all together. All in all I spent two hours modifying and welding and what not but it works so well now. So worth it!

@@jeremys8360 it'll definitely work, the key will be the weight of the machine vs depth per pass and slickness of the material. They'll be a happy medium in there for sure. It's a great little attachment

Since you already have that bucket i would suggest getting a normal rock bucket does a better job of braking the dirt up off the grass and pre breaking up the soil then hit it with the finer bucket you have
@BrettsBuildsАй бұрын
While I agree with you that would work, the real problem is the bucket just doesn't move enough material to be worth it in my opinion. I sell easily transportable mobile screen plants for not much more than the bucket that'll move 10x the dirt.

Well, you had great luck. I bought my shiny new Raptor in May this year. It was dropped off late one afternoon, and wouldn't start the next day. Dealer came by and replaced a fuel valve. I cut the grass, parked it and a week later it wouldn't start again. Dealer came by and replaced the starter solenoid and I cut the grass again and parked it. A week later I jumped on to cut the grass and it wouldn't start. Dealer came by with a new battery, and I cut the grass again. Yesterday, I jumped on it and it started right up, so I began cutting the grass again, but soon noticed the RF caster was low on air so i went to my shop and added air to that caster, but then it wouldn't start. Now waiting for the dealer to come by and fix it again since they refuse to replace it with another "not a lemon" mower. I have less than 6 hours on this POS. Not a fan of Raptor turf equipment.

maybe if you would have cleaned both pieces of metal before you welded them, you would have had better results. with that said the first 2 pieces you welded had a huge gap at the start of the welding process which is why you also never got a really good weld on it.
