Those are all silhouette projections where they're all walking in the same direction for up to 5 seconds, and there's there's an orangish light that appears in those tree lines each time those projections appear, and those lights appear to the far left and right of the trees projecting those silhouettes in the middle of the frame.

I've noticed in other videos of ghosts in Gettysburg there have been those very same lights that flick on and off, right before any ghost like activity appears These are not fireflies... I've seen these very same points of light in several Gettysburg ghost videos...esp in the Fife and drums one in wheat field. There are fireflies in that video but you can definitely tell a difference in them as opposed to the points of light B4 ghost activity.

I knew someone who grew up in the area and they said there never used to be talk of ghosts at Gettysburg. It all started in the 90s. Also, when did all the talk of "orbs" get started?

Back in the 90’s a family captured tons of soldiers going in and out of the woods as if they were almost lost and didn’t know what to do. It was pretty amazing yet so sad😢

When you have hundreds if not a thousand deaths in one spot like that there is sure to be some of the spirits stuck there.

Howdy 2024 viewers! This video is fake. Old cameras - tape or digital - and even all new cameras and videos today have this thing called “white balance”. Once you read up on it quickly from Google or any academic source, you’ll see that this cameras white balance is cold, which is why the morning sky seems almost purely blue in the video instead of how our eyes usually see it. Cameras can have cold white balances for 2 reasons - it was manually set or the Auto-White Balance meter is off by a bit. Either way, the lights in the video actually seem to plausibly be real or not the work of computer editing, but when the ghosts appear in on camera suddenly their color is the purest white in the video which gives away that it’s an animation/video with a different white balance itself being layered on top of the bluish white balance of the tape. It’s fake. Being that this came out in 2009 the general ‘lens’ of media consumers wasn’t as sharp as it is today to spot fakery. A 14 year old tiktoker today would even tell you this lol.

Why did the cameraman stop at that particular moment if the alleged apparitions were genuine?

I wish that a priest under the Catholic Church or any church for that matter and Jesus Christ could go there and bless that ground with holy water so these soldiers could be at rest. It may be residual energy however I have witnessed energies that they are not at rest and, that area in different areas need to be blessed with holy water and some prayers need to be sad so these soldiers be at rest and God name our Lord Jesus Christ amen. The battlefields of Gettysburg, PA are hallowed grounds. Americans fighting to the death to defend and preserve what they thought was right literally witnessing hell on earth. The southern boys, farmers mostly, were poor cotton and tobacco growers that milked cows, fed chickens and slopped hogs. There weren't any conveniences in life. Most were good shots. Taking deer, squirrels, pheasants out of necessity to eat. The Northern boys, many were immigrants, drafted right into uniforms, haphazard training just to earn their citizenship. But no one, nobody could have predicted the carnage that came at the end of cap and ball rifles, canons, bayonets, knives and swords. It was terrible, horrible, insane. It's no wonder spirits meander in endless loops of a horror filled past. Thos poor boys probably don't even know they're dead. I only hope those ghostly sightings are residual and not sentient spirits.

I don't see this being a myth. Heth states in his report, essentially a small contingent of his troops move to Gettysburg looking shoes. It doesn't matter in the least if shoes were there or not. He received reports shoes were there. And his troops were looking for them when they stumbled into the advanced cavalry scouts of the Union Army. Neither side was fighting over shoes, but the search for them precipitated the initial contact. How is that a myth. Gettysburg was in no way a predetermined location for the upcoming conflict. I love how you create your own myth, and refute a statement made by a commanding officer who was on scene.

Maybe the process of raising the dead is to understand the spirit or life energy of a person continues on after death. The trick is to reassemble the dead body into a liveable form, and recall the life energy back into the rejeuvenated body. I've been to Gettysburg many times in my life. Alone, with company, day, night. Have never seen anything paranormal or weird. I guess I'm just not doing it right?
