I am currently playing a Haregon Drake Warden Ranger.. it's very fun and well balanced race. Fitting in many settings and classes. Highly enjoyable build. With the hop (jump) ability working very well with the Drake and mounted ability. Allowing the Drake to fly over head. Jumping on or off the Drake with the Rabbit Hop for fun combat role-playing

This was so interesting and a huge nostalgia blast! A game that would hit that nostalgia in a similar way might be Animon Story. The main inspiration seems to be digimon but I definitely get some monster rancher vibes from it too.

Calling kender annoying when kenku exist is a little much. :)

Regarding the Gift and Parma Magica (Chicken Parmegian), the Gift (the ability to use magic) makes you look suspicious, different, nearly hostile to other people including those that have the gift. It does not make you mad or go insane/evil, just look evil to others. In game terms those that have the gift suffer a social penality to all social ability checks. The Parma Magica shields you against that feeling of distrust you have when you encounter someone with the gift on top of being a universal shield against magical and faery powers.
