UK Car Park management keep an eye on our private car park and we recently bought a new car, so I phoned them and advised them that I wanted to transfer the permit over from the old car to the new car, and they said we have email over a copy of the 'New keeper' document (which was still in the name of the VW garage because we'd only just bought the car), but that it would be ok up until 11/10/2024 and we should email a copy of the new 'New keeper' document in our name when we had received it. The new 'New keeper' document arrived with us on 13/10/2024 and I emailed it over to them immediately, but unbeknown to us they had already issued us a ticket on the 11/10/2024. We tried to appeal this, but they are having none of it! They are a sneaky bunch, especially when it's on our property and I had surely informed them enough. Do not employ or trust UK Car Park Management because they are a corrupt bunch!

Aint paid mine in 4 years, 3 different bailiff companies have tried the whole scare mongering tactics, sending letters stating liability orders and control of goods. Had court letters and just ignored them all, and nothing has happened. My name ive took off the electoral register also so they cant connect that to it and the rent is seperate from the council. Never had anything docked out of my wages and when i was claiming uc a while ago nothing happened with that. Council tax debt is a civil matter, not a criminal one or a priority debt. Good luck with sending me to prison because in 2 years ill be leaving the uk for good and ill be somewhere in the middle of nowhere in europe in my motorhome. Councils are a joke. Bins are reduced, police are a joke, potholes in the roads that have been there for years, lighting doesnt get fixed. I could go on. If you get court speeding,you should ask for 3 things. Calibration of camera/gun,calibration of the infant red spread, and the Calibration of the kilometre. But now you must go to court for this. But in Sunderland on Chester road, there is a van situated no more than 500 metres from the roundabout covered by trees,so everyone should appeal these fines. All these speeding vans are just piggy banks to claw in money.

They also batch process cases and hire the courtroom and magistrates, effectively impersonating a court. Council tax is fraudulent as there is no written contract between the man or woman and council.

I was forced to pay my 1000 dollar parking ticket after my Jutland review was rejected to get an admin hearing. During that hearing, I had clear and convincing evidence the handicap spot I parked has no sign and is in violation of state and federal law.
