Please ya ustadh, Are you a Sufi or What?!! Do you think Sahaba did what you call as "Dhikr"? Of course not! And also you call yourself a follower of Hanafi school of thought, where can you pick up any piece of info that Imam Hanafi did such things!? Surely no! You may know much better Arabic, Fıqh and Islamic sciences, but you have tainted it with Sufi methods! Main Dhikr is Salah ; what Allah Subhanehu Teala means by "Remember me a lot!" is that we should remember he is always watching us whatever we do,whether it be business transactions or treating his creation kindly. And most importantly, enjoining good and preventing bad.
