Roy Crocker is a big scam artist. This company ripped me off for over $3000 for a matrix bike which arrived severely damaged. Unable to get parts for it. They are refusing emails and calls. Do not do not do not do not do business with them they are scammers

Is manual mode a custom workout? i walk 4km/h for 3 minutes and then 8km/h for 10 minutes and then 4km/h for 3 minutes and then i am done. can i automate it?

hi i am using Technogym RUN EXC 500 class:1 Serial# DA46EL09000066 Problem is that when i strat run treadmill above 30 min the Machine sudden do stop. After switch OFF/ON its works only for 2 min and again do stop and belt getting hot than usually. plz guide me which type of problems could be accure in my treadmill. Thanks

I press quick start then speed and incline and I'm going. No problem here. I then press "Activate quick speed" on the lower right bottom of the screen which has a shadow calculator box and same with incline. Mine is 2019 T9 console.

I bought a used 576i. It looks like it's been sitting a while. The console cuts off as soon as I stop. Is this a bad battery? Does the battery charge up if I use the machine more? Where on the machine is the port for the optional power supply? Your help is greatly appreciated!

Just purchased a performance 800. Not having good luck with it. Tried contacting the company but they are not responding . It is supposed to connect to Zwift. Mine did for about a minute after many hours of trying. Forums that i checked out all say the same thing. Can't get the performance 800 to connect well to Zwift especially if using a PC. Console is also a bit glitchy. Periodically have to stop the treadmill and let the console reset. Not a great unit if you are trying to get a personal best time - eg a 5km distance. Too many buttons to press to get it going. Can't just press start and a speed and get going. Have to cancel your weight button, press a button to get the speed pad to come up and then press another 3 buttons to enter your speed eg 9.9 and then enter. This process takes at least 20 seconds on the clock before the belt actually gets going above .5 mph . Then you have to wait for the belt to get up to speed. Long comment. What i am saying is think 2X and read some reviews before you buy.
