While the course is 'ok' the exam is a terrible mess. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. The whole setup is pathetic and open to personal interpretation. The exam proves nothing.

Courses vary between course providers. They are ALL different. Your experience of the course you signed up is not necessarily a reflection of the whole industry. Check out our course, delivered in a completely unique way.

@CompassaeLearning but that won't change the mess that is the exam. It's an awful exam that does nothing to test your knowledge, just that you've learnt how to pass. My exam was a horrible mess of poor grammar and badly worded questions, so open to interpretation it was pot luck if you passed. It was so bad one question was pulled while we were doing the exam, if you didn't see the email informing you, that was tough. Hideous experience.

@ I remember that incident. They didn’t “pull” a question. They realised the “title” of the task was incorrect, but the question itself was fine. I think the exam is a fine test of your understanding, no different to many other level 3 exams. It sounds like you were perhaps badly tutored and not coached on the importance of reading the question carefully. There is nearly never a question which is ambiguous. In my experience, having tutored literally 10s of thousands of students, it is the student who misreads the question.

Hello Sir, I wrote the NEBOSH IGC 1$2 exams in October 2024. A week to my exam, i came across your KZbin videos. I went through all the videos and I am happy I did. Passed both units with 62 in IG1. Not sure I'd have passed without your guide. The videos were really helpful. Thank you very much!

Dear kompassa and all the followers, is Hazard substance, work related violence and working equipment in hazard categories? Am asking this because this is what the nebosh examiner said I got wrong and I have been referred. I have written a mail to both the nebosh and the RRC am so surprised. If no, please I want to know the correct hazard categories

Hi everyone, for those of you not sure if this is for you! Do not worry. This man is amazing. I struggle with exams I always have. School was a write off. Yesterday I received my NG1 results and to my surprise I smashed it. Wills techniques and advice helped me so much. Stop thinking about it and do it. Thanks to Will and the whole team🎉

On the exam? The number of words is not a problem. The quality of words is what matters ;)

@CompassaeLearning haha Thank you. I have a important question: when using PEE method. I wrote the evidence exactly from the scenario. But not in all questions. will the evidence count towards text similarity in plagarism?

@@mianburhan222 It's not plagiarism. But the NEBOSH guidance says no marks are available copying evidence. So, if that evidence was worth a mark, you will not get that mark just by copying it. You need to "mention" it, in your own words. Usually, only a brief mention will get the mark.

I have been a reach truck driver for some time now and the ones we use have never had a seat belt until the last week when a jobsworth decided to have them fitted with lap seatbelts and now that we have them we have to use them even though they are tight and restrict your movement preventing you from being able to move so you can look up into the racking you know for safety, while tip overs happen they are very rare but what is not rare is the dangers of using lap seatbelts as they do not provide proper body support resulting in your legs and upper body flailing around meaning you can still get crushed in a tip over but also resulting in at best massive internal organ damage and more commonly at worst irreparable disabling spinal damage, there is also the issue about not being able to quickly exit the truck if needed like an accident that happened last year where a driver was pulling a pallet of beer in glass bottles down and the shrink wrap failed and the bottles slowly fell back and were about to fall over the forklift seeing this the driver jumped out just as the bottles hit the metal grate that is over the drivers seat and the glass smashed sending shrapnel into where the driver would have been shredding the seat fabric, if he had decided to stay in the reach truck he would have been cut to shreds and now with a seat belt there is no quick way out of it in an emergency.
