That's called graying out, which ultimately becomes a blackout. Pilot's know it well. You can come back this from happening, but you must first recognize that is happening. Then you want to tighten up your butthole! And you're going to want to start breathing quick and fast, very quick short outburst of breath, which is then quickly replaced with inlet of breath. Now that I think about it that's really quite difficult to describe in words.... Imagine holding your breath... Then right before you're about to let out, you let out a little and then quickly take it back in. What this does, is it keeps your brain, full of blood. So that you don't actually pass out... If I could write the sound out that one makes when doing this it would be. Tis- ahh. Tis- ahh. Over and over... Quickly and repeatedly.

So tomorrow one of the shetties is going to the green fields above... Foxy has been fighting for years and she is the strongest pony I know. She had colic, was really skinny and had a baby (that Unfortunatly passed at a young age).Unfortunatly we are not certain when she will be put to sleep tomorrow so I am not sure if I can be there when it happends. This reallyyy botherd me. (I sobbed for a longgg time) So I wanted to make sure a had a proper goodbye. I went to the shetties and Silly (the pony in the video and my heart horse) was laying down so I deceided to join her, then foxy came to snuggle with us to, like they were both comforting me. This is one of the most magical things that happend to me. Thank you for staying this strong Fox, I hope you will be able to gallop in a large green field with Loki by your side. We all love you❤

Tysm for your comment! Here are some tips for the canter! First make sure that you are confident in walk and trot. When you canter make sure that your hips move with your horse. Last but not least give your horse a little more rein if possible, that helps for a more relaxed canter. Hope this helps!!❤️

The fact that my very first video was a video of my first comp on him with this audio... If you would have told younger me that I would stop leasing him I would call you insane.
