Wow, you guys have the same Trumpet, we call it Surna in Ladakh. Your drum are a bit different. our drum looks more like the small drums you guys are playing, but are a bit bigger and the bass is high, we call that drum Daman. I am from Ladakh, lots of love.

Thank you for commenting♥️, we called Surnai in Burushaski language to trumpet, and the drum Dadang, ladakh and gilgit baltistan has same culture,

@@TheHunzaState thanks for your fast reply dear💞 The names are very similar I see. The landscapes are just similar to ours. Great to know that we are somewhat connected, I know that Baltistan is very close but never knew that Hunza Burusho and Ladakh has some words in common. I’m interested in these things because we don’t have that much information about our region’s and people history mainly the demographic history.

@@rinchendolkar1919 Hunza primarily speaks Burushaski, and Ladakh predominantly Ladakhi (a Tibetic language), there are linguistic similarities and influences, Both regions celebrate similar festivals and have comparable traditional customs, reflecting their shared cultural heritage.

What is the meaning of Yaar e badi ul jamal, Who was this written about? Can you tell me the story behind this?

Our old customs and traditions! It's kinda sad that it's all fading away. We used to have both black and white shamans and people worshipping Tengrism. What a rich history of Hunukushal and the mighty Brooshal, but it's all dissipated. One has to go through many Chinese and Turkic sources to get to it.
