Thank you I am getting one of these in 3 days now I know how to take it out of the box. I have a Pro 600 which is about 15 years old. I want to get back into serious bread making so I decided to pick up the Nutrimill.

Unfortunately my house is pretty warm and the bulk ferment was too long to be done overnight. I'm making some foccacia with the overproofed dough and gonna try again with less time during the bulk ferment. thanks for this video! It's my first time making sourdough and it has been quite the process lol

Was never able to get close to a fine flour, and unlike other videos, there is no clicking sound when rotating the Fine/Course knob. I end up re-milling up to 5X to get a fine flour. Now, however, I can no longer push the external button to release the Grain Hopper. Used to work fine. I Pushed and Pushed and finally got it to release and took off the top metal part of the mill [by taking out the 4 screws] but that did not gain me any access to the internal hopper release button. With the hopper removed, if i push down on the internal mechanism that the Hopper release button is supposed to move out of the way to allow you to rotate the hopper CCW, the external release button then pushes down very easy. If I don't push down on that internal release pin then it is almost impossible to push down on the external release pin.
