This song is so beautiful and powerful because it’s inspired by the bible and god!!! God is love and love is god!!! You CANNOT find redemption in people!!! So she’s twisting and distorting the truth in that aspect... but if you listen to it while imagining a non believer finding Christ and falling in love with him!!! It fits. If anyone wants a love that sounds like this song... seek god!!! It’s the most beautiful love story ever written about and the most satisfying and life changing love you’ll ever have!!!

@@aharveymusic I did actually, briefly. As I was walking back to my car I noticed that bright yellow jacket she wore during her set and thought...is that her walking towards the tour bus? Sure enough...I caught up with her at the door of her tour bus, and said "Hey..I just saw your set, never heard of you before tonight...you were GREAT!" She said thanks and asked my name and shook my hand, and she noticed I was holding her CD from the merch table and said a very genuine "Hey man, thanks for buying my music!" I thanked her for what I told her I thought was the best set of the night (not dissing Cassadee Pope at ALL though). I asked if she'd ever heard of Sass Jordan, a Canadian Rock/Blues artist, that her and her music reminded me of a bit, but she hadnt. I told her to check out her albums "Racine" and "Rats", that I thought she'd appreciate her music (you should check them out yourself) and said good night, not wanting to hold her up from getting on the bus. A rather cool experience and encounter. I also got to chat briefly with Hannah Ellis at the Merch table but missed all of her set except the last two songs, which I liked what I heard. Her music and voice reminds me a bit of Maren Morris, which is who I saw Cassadee Pope for the 1st time, warm up for in KC back in March, which is why I decided to go see CP's show and got introduced to Clare Dunn. Funny how that works, getting turned on to new music from seeing warm up acts. I hope all three, Clare, Hannah and Cassadee get all the recognition and success they deserve, with all their hard work and dedication to their fans. The tickets for that show was $15 dollars! That's so crazy! $15 for Hannah Ellis, Clare Dunn and Cassadee Pope! That's $5 a band! They should have charged twice that, at least. Ive seen FAR shittier shows for $30! Interestingly enough...first time I've EVER seen the same 4 guys play for three acts. If you notice in both my CP and Clare Dunn videos...its the same 4 guys playing. That is impressive musicianship, to play for three artists every night, having to learn all of those songs ...PROPS to their touring band!

What's even cooler is that he's playing on his full rosewood guitar that he calls "Rosie," so I can just picture him jamming late one night with her, writing this song and being like, "I'm gonna name it after her."
