I don't even use the USB Dongle with my Stealth 700 Gen 2 , It's Bluetooth & Connects to my Xbox X/S with no problem , Just pair it up like you would do with the Xbox controller.

you are either deliberately misleading the viewers or have a limited knowledge why the scrolling wheel is failing. It is a mechanical issue and not due to the dust. The repair is an expensive process, see: mouse wheel encoder replacement
