There's one enemy Bruce Lee couldn't defeat...DEATH! with all his fighting skills he could not whip him.But I'll tell you who whipped him all over and that was the LORD JESUS CHRIST!

The february 1 of 1965 and 1968 Is the coincidence because that day the son of the dragon/The Crow(Brandon Lee) and the princess of rock and roll/The First Queen of Pop(Lisa Marie Presley) were born. Sadly the coincidence Is tragicly off in 1993 by Brandon's death and 2023 by Lisa Marie's death also, but they are not forgot. ❤❤

To all that think the weight of the fighter does not matter...and I'm talking about professional against professional, not some drunk bum at the bar....first of all, ya'll have obviously forgot that there are "WEIGHT CLASSES" for a reason. How many people would bet that former boxer Prince Naseem would beat Tyson? Better yet, how many people would be willing to bet EVERYTHING on Mayweather against Tyson? NOBODY!!!! Secondly, Bruce Lee is a mythical...like Santa. We have NO FOOTAGE of him actually in a FIGHT with anyone other than what they put in movies and tv. Heck, EVERY hero looks unbeatable in cinema. We have footage as far back as 1871 when the Irish migrants came to the USA. We have footage of former heavyweight Jack Johnson actually FIGHTING in 1891. Why don't we have any type of footage of Bruce Lee fighting in the late 50s, 60s, or early 70s? There were video cameras around. Bruce Lee is the "word of mouth" legend. Looking at the "staged" fight between Bruce and Joe Lewis...what REAL professional fighter RUNS towards someone with their guards down. LOL LOL HAHAHAHAHA This has GOTS to be a cartoon. We talk about what Bruce WOULD HAVE DONE...well, other then MOVIEs...WHAT HAS HE DONE? Jim Kelly trying to sell books. Why remain elusive about who he sparred with...THEY ARE ALL DEAD!!!! They got to keep people believing that Big Foot still exist. That there are UFOs out here. The loch ness monster swimming the seas. The Easter bunny. A pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

Jai and everyone else today should confess that they are all standing on the shoulders of a giant. Techniques will improve and new techniques will be invented. But it'll be a long time before the likes of Bruce Lee ever comes along again.

The half inch punch that lee uses in these videos is not that powerful. The reason being he’s punching his opponent just below the sternum bone in the chest. This soft part is called the solar plexus, when punched there the body automatically jumps backward. Like if you received an electric shock. If you don’t believe me, try it with a friend using the same method as lee does. But beware, it will take the breath out of you for about 15 to 20 seconds.

Immmm everyone with a Wing Chun or JKD background can. It's not a magical trick, it's a demo showing you don't have to pull your arm back to generate power. It's not a fighting technique

Jerry Poteet told me personally in Oct of 2005 that he saw Bruce's death certificate and it said "cerebral edema." This is a fact. Only got to meet him once through my Sifu and I was fortunate to meet a historical figure and great martial artist. BUT - it is still plausible that he was murdered. Equagesia (not sure of the spelling) was the brand name medication he took for a headache, and it is an ergot derivative. Ergot alkaloids can be very dangerous to some. So, is it possible that someone intentionally ensured that he took that medication with high side effect profile? Or could the bottle have simply said it was an ergot derivative and it was something else? Absolutely. The possibility of murder is not ruled out by what Jerry told me. God rest the souls of Bruce and Jerry. Please keep Bruce's philosophy (Jeet Kune Do) alive, the only help is self-help, and the most important thing is expressing yourself. Much love, guys

Such a great interview. It's always amazing to listen to Arnold, talk about training or his life experiences. He's so inspiring and full of wisdom. I've been a fan of Arnold Schwarzenegger since i was a kid...still a fan at 35 years old. When i saw Arnold as a kid, i said to myself, wow, this man is great. How can i be strong like that? TERRANCE OUT

As far as the kicking part, Bruce Lee could kick high and very well, but his preference was low kicks do to the Wing Chun background. Just look at the interview when he is casting for the Green Hornet and see if he kicks high or not, and that was way before he meet Chuck.

Have any of you heard about the time when Bruce Lee brutally kicked Bill"superfoot" Wallace ? At that time Wallace was known for having the fastest kick...the only thing Wallace remembered from his encounter with Bruce was being thrown 15-20 feet and having the worst pain on his belly he ever had...this event happened in a restaurant...apparently Wallace said "I'll show him what good kicker I am" before flying into tables and chairs...

As someone who journeyed the same path, I started bodybuilding at 110 lbs and got up to 180. I'm 5'7" and at that weight, I was extremely powerful and strong, but slow and heavy. I gassed out easily and had zero mobility. I'm now at 150 lbs and super shredded. It's a much better weight where I have balance of strength, speed, flexibility and endurance. If I had to fight my old self today, I'd destroy him in a heartbeat.
