Very good chase, absolutely perfect park for a dog to course a hare for me in a field like that a hare should not get away from any dog with his salt there ain't any cover woods hedgerows or the dreaded barbed wire fence or even a dyke,in Scotland all these things that I have mentioned are par for the course pardon the pint,I'm taking nothing away from this dog as he put everything in to the course but in a Scottish field with the afor mentioned obstacles with solid ground on a January morning it's not only a battle of endurance and speed but more importantly brains anyway that said happy hunting and bring back hare coursing with sensible land management and conservation for the beautiful brown hare

This is how my almost 2 Lurcher wishes I could run when we play "get away" see the same moves in direction change - I never get away of course, pretty sure she's got 20 mph on me and handles like an F1 car. My girl went running at a cat once, kitten really, it turned around, say down meowed, she did a 4 paw skid to stop and turn. The kitten walked towards her and she took off to the house. So, any rabbit I get might have some shot in it.
