What's up friend, your unstable idle problem comes from the iac valve, you should replace

Bro, I like how you show your setbacks but it´s all good that´s how we learn those of us that are home-made-mechanics. I just started my engine up this past week as well and I´m up for the breeding process. Good journey. Oh yeah my engine is NV too, they are rare, aren´t they?
@Spikey_Garage5 ай бұрын
Thanks bro, exactly, I believe the failures are part of the journey and I shouldn't hide them even though it makes me look stupid or whatnot. Plus its more entertaining to watch when you fail and show a bit of reality what happens in the garage :D Good luck on finishing your car and yeah, they are on more of a rare side, not many are left, most of them were taken in motorsport due to being bulletproof.

Thanks for the video! I am currently disassemblying my m50 nv, and I noticed that while having evereything at top dead center the exhaust side sprocket had the 2 line marks on left and right instead of up and down. Do you know if that’s normal? Thanks!

Hi, probably not. As far as I know it should be on the top and bottom. Someone put it in incorrectly.

Them hoses are a btch to connect
@marvinhernandez450610 ай бұрын
How did you connect the 2 hoses to the evap? From up top in the back seat or out bottom?
@Spikey_Garage10 ай бұрын
Lift the fuel tank, connect these hoses to the fuel tank from the top in the back seat and then connect the hoses to the evap system which is located under the wheel arch. I agree, these hoses are a bitch to connect, your knuckles will not thank you :D
@marvinhernandez450610 ай бұрын
@Spikey_Garage I was avoiding disconnecting from evap but that's impossible I see. Thanks alot
