If you want a toned muscled body it’s time to go onto the carnivore diet. Protein and fats burn fat not carbs or nuts. Look up Dr Ken Berry, Dr Anthony Chaffe, zero carb channel on KZbin and Kent carnivore to start you off, there are of course numerous female channels as well. I have done SW, Vegan, calorie counting and by far the best results are from the carnivore diet, it’s tough but once adapted it’s the best for everything. Just a thought if you are after the toned look.

Do you ever go into pontypridd, I volunteer in barnardos, I adore charity shops and was a massive shopper there before I worked there x I love treochy for charity shops. X

Like you I acheived my goal - lost 2 stones. I left mainly because although it surved a purpose and the group was great -- after I reached my target weight I no longer wanted to talk about food !! For me its like talking about alcohol when you have a hangover the morning after !!! I have never been fixated with choclate or cakes ! My downfalk was cheese/ mayonese. I am like yourself prefer a calorie count and never understood the mashed bananas !!!

The Oxfam in my town is the same for Zara things. Ridiculous prices for a charity shop - but I believe Oxfam and Zara have a partnership... perhaps same with BHF?? Either way, it defeats the idea of charity shop buying for me... i shop charity because i can't afford high street.

I just think SW is great for a lot of people but not for others, and people were just sharing their experiences on your FB page, I don't think they meant for it to turn into a SW bashing thread. For me SW is far too high on carbs, that's why I won't do it. But everyone has to do what is best for them. As for yourself, you're doing amazing and look amazing. Well done, I hope this change works well for you. It's how I eat when I want to shed a stone and it works every single time in just a few weeks and I don't eat anything low fat or sugar free just cut those bad carbs 👍
