A good trick is to put out a resource on turn 1, put out millennium falcon piece of junk, then on turn 2, exhaust that resource you put out, and finally defeat that same resource.

Just saw the Krennic guy play a card from his hand using the city epic action, but he still needed to pay the cost of the card you use the skill on. when a card says you can "play a card" you still have to pay the cost of the card. if you dont have to pay the cost of the card you are "playing" it will say so on the card that is letting you play a card. In this instance you get to play are card form your hand paying its cost but they now have ambush witch is used right away, meaning you attack with that card as soon as you play it to attack only a enemy unit ,

you cant play 2 of the same unit cards, cant play 2 greedo's The only exception to this if you can play a leader card and then play the same named person as a unit card. like leader vader and the unit card vader can be out at the same time on the same player. but you cant player 2 vader Units cards

leaders can be deployed even if they have been Exhausted. and you would ready them 1st then move him to the combat zone.

on Solo, if you use his ability to put down a new resource card and then in the same turn deploy him and attack to take to get a 2nd resource card, then at the start of the next action phase you will need to discard 2 cards from the resource pile. its a good tactic to put a marker/token down on the resource cards to show how many u need to discard

*CLARIFICATION* We figure out later on that Scoobz's base is played differently. Any ruling that says to "Play" a card means that you still pay a cost unless it says otherwise. So pretty much that base is supposed to simply let you pay a cost to summon a unit to GIVE IT ambush. Sorry for the misundertanding! -mabi

First you draw and Ressource a card, then you ready all exhausted cards

For the leader you can use the action exhaust it, then also do the epic action and ready it. So what you did was legal. But you have to destroy any resources you ramped for Han (un-deployed Han and deployed han).
