I am an allstar cheerleader that has been trying to get my back handspring for a while now, yesterday I had my cheer placements/tryouts and I didn’t make the team I wanted because I don’t have a back handspring by myself yet, but I am very close. Watching this video has motivated me to try it more and work more to get it so I can move up. I’ll come back once I get it!

The hand positioning has helped me a lot i have been having lots of struggles doing my back handsprings on the floor because i tend to injure my elbow a lot so this is a very helpful video i will definitely make sure to have my hands slighty inwards with my fingers facing eachother a little bit.
