Dude came from a pretty humble beginning and built himself an empire. Without any help from the mainstream/commercial radio stations, in a VERY unforgiving industry chock-a-block full of scam artists, pitfalls, and worse. I'm sure he was a nightmare to work with/for during most of that time too but he got it DONE. Gotta give him props for that, he said he was gonna build a great band and that's what happened.

It's not even close for me. I got into Metallica first, but Megadeath has way more good songs. And I'm not just talking about being more thashy. Megadeth is also more melodic at the same time. At this point Metallica is just famous for being famous. Megadeth still makes good music.

Slipknot was just better . Mushroomhead sounded like a stereotypical nu metal band , slipknot sounded like a freight train it was never comparable ever . Mushroomhead and their fans where jealous because deep down they knew slipknot was better . They where bitter and jealous

‘Teached’?

Welp….. so many of their riffs sound similar and to me that’s incredible. So many of their songs are completely different and again… incredible. Love both bands and the history they have. I’m thinking this is an opinion type video. I happened to like James’s aggressive sounding vocals plus his melodies and lyrics better than Dave’s. The flow of the vocals over top of thrash riffs and the heavy sounds hit me different as a youngster. Metallica wins in my opinion only because of James .

Well its simple Jeffrey Nothing didn’t like Slipknot he lied saying he doesn’t have a problem with them yet he was involved with the incident where Mushroomhead fans were throwing stuff at the Slipknot members he even admitted to it but as of 2018 im glad he’s out of the band.

I'd love Poland, Friedman, Ellefson, and Drover to get together and release a metal album. Maybe call the band Goliath.

2 lead guitarists of the big 4 are frauds, Kirk & Kerry. Both are one trick ponies that has been fooling people for a long time but music is subjective, so they appeal to those who cares less about real talents. Metallica stopped being a thrash band decades ago!! MEGADETH is the boss indefinitely.
