Great video! Now try it with an electric truck like my family did. 5000 plus miles from Northern Washington state to Big Sur California and back, hidden remote beaches like Matole and Usal, followed by trips to the George and finally a transverse of the Magruder Corridor over the Bitterroot mountains from Idaho to Montana over 12000 feet of elevation gain on the longest, most remote dirt road without services in the lower 48. Powering everything in our 1973 8’ SD Alaskan from cooking to HVAC off of the trucks battery. 150 miles between chargers 70-100 miles from any paved road!

Where are the campers' features in this "epic" short film? Eight minutes of trucks and landscape. Disappointed for sure. I thought you guys were revealing some kind of new and improved Alaskan Camper.

I would LOVE to know where the exact camp locations were and how to get there. Especially the spot on the edge of the Grand Canyon. Maybe you can produce an addendum with that info?

Are oldest manuscripts, which are found in the bible, make it absolutely clear, that God created planet Earth less than 7,000 years ago, and the worldwide flood in Noah's time occurred around 4,500 years ago, which means these rock formations are no older than 4,500 years.

Very similar. Almost identical. The camper in the video is an 8.5ft and the white demo currently for sale is an 8ft. Options are very close.

If the sofa seating area was reduced in half it would allow for additional kitchen and bathroom space. I think most would choose kitchen and bath space over those rather large sofas while camping. Great presentation, phenomenal camper otherwise. Thank you!

when you say 'no more water getting in' while right behind you the cab-over is WIDE OPEN TO THE ELEMENTS. i guess folks who buy an Alaskan never raise or lower the camper when its raining. Are you the owner's son or something? I'm astonished they've picked you has the main media rep dude you remind me of.a shady used-car salesman.

Great campers, but why stick with such a dated aesthetic? It’s not the 50’s anymore. It looks weird on today’s modern trucks.

I don't agree. They look great. Practical not trendy. Hipsters need to adapt to tradition, not the other way around.
@ILL_Equipt
@ILL_Equipt 2 ай бұрын
@@cdamauser1963 Not sure what hipsters have to do with anything? This has nothing to do with “tradition”. It’s a product for sale. People are allowed to have different preferences. I mean why have any modern amenities or style of anything for traditions sake? Telling people what they NEED to do when making a purchase in the tens of thousands of dollars is laughable. If you like it, great! Buy one. As a potential customer, the aesthetic of the campers are a deal breaker for me. Its feedback. The company is ok with that. You should learn to be ok with it too, sunshine.

I agree. Knowing what model and length helps those of us considering a truck and Alaskan camper set up. Nice videos for teaser though. I wish they had an updated heater so you could run it with top down and an aero nose addition to reduce front wind buffering between camper and truck cab. In short honor their heritage but upgrades which make sense.
