going to the end of the video where the dash trim piece does not fit.. are you able to remove the faceplate of the iDoing headunit so we can use the stock trim piece? could that be an option? I bought a carbon fiber trim piece and of course, it does not fit as the 2017+ headunits are slightly trapezoidal in shape and will not fit into the older style of dash trim. I'm hoping to remove the faceplate of the Idoing and "mount" it to the carbon fiber trim piece i have. Please let me know! Super interested!
