So people that compression test this way aren't doing correctly. Firstly you remove all spark plugs, this way, you don't overload the battery. Then you don't need to open the throttle body, because you now zero cylinders making vacuum.

Take the other plugs out and check it again see if it’s higher. Cuz that looks good to me

@ lmao 🤣 your supposed to pull every plug then do each cylinder so only the tested cylinder is making compression. I can tell he didn’t do this cuz the whole thing shakes still when not compressing the gauge

@@scoobstz yes half the time this is how I do it too. I was just saying pull them and see how much more it is. I got a h23a1 from the yard a few years ago I had to pull. Got trans and all. Got home got 210 first check and 240-250 with all the plugs pulled doing each one. Sounds crazy but the h23 I was pulling had 150 when I put it in and thought that was fine. So to get that much more I was like wtf was my og one that hurt
