Shows just how much he loves and cares about the fans. Not only that he understand that they have to keep moving while they are still being sought out as performers. It's tough being an artist. Sometimes they have dry spells where they don't get gigs. So he as the leader understands what's constantly at state from the group as a whole. That's why he pushes super hard for them to do things to make sure that they can maintain and keep their name out there.
