The only thing that really worked : get a truck tire for winter season, cut a piece and attach it with screws, burying screw heads inside tires protector. 27 training sessions and it still holds. And I train on streets, only asphaltum surfaces.

I would implore you guys don't build athlon 200ge just get 3000g because you can overclock it with a stock cooler and the price I think 3000g is cheaper used or new and it's faster even if you don't overclock it and just running in stock setting
