so helpful, but i am not getting any responses from my cut and fill in the shedules. I have tried it by moving the points as you did, changing elevation, deleting them...i have tried doing it for new construction, exisiting in the shedule phase selection... do i need to add a formulea?

How can I calculate all stair flight area & volume?

I suggest attaching the air terminals to the bottom level and adding an offset. This will make it a lot easier for everyone else who has to work with your model for BIM coordination and take offs. For instance if someone filters and only wants to know what is on level 1. Not sure if what I said is considered good practice outside sweden though.
