The man in charge of it asked children if they did not mind trying to run the trains and he offered them chocolate afterwards, which was pretty cool. I just wanted commend him for his effort and I tried doing Livestream, but the buffering was quite bad. I have filmed this layout before and I was just as impressed!!!

This is one of the best layouts that I have seen for awhile an I can see how it appeals to childrem. I am sure that adults like it as well as there is so much going on. It is so cool to see Thomas and I even saw Homer Simpson 😁!

We attended this model railway exhibition today, namely 28th December 2024. I plan to upload videos of the layouts as soon as I can. I don't thin kthat I have ever seen an animal like this before - my wife thinks that he is slightly funny looking, but I think that there is something about him that is cute. He is definitrly an unusual animal.

these fish are so interesting to watch as they swim together. I have seen other videos of yous of these fish and it is thrilling to see them together. They seem to enjoy one another's company. There is a guy n Instagram who adopted Wilson (the mbu pufferfish).

I hope that you enjoy watching this four-eyed fish. The fish spends a lot of its time of the surface of water. The fish's eyes are divided into dorsal and ventral halves. It can see both below and above the surface of the water at the same time.

***CHANGE OF SCENE CHARITY*** The layouts (which are built or rebuilt by members of The Farnham & District MRC) are raffled to charities. In this instance, it was The Change of Scene Charity which benefited from the Club's endeavours. Change of Scene is a Farnham-based charity. The organisation provides animal-assisted learning for young people who have a range of complex emotional, social and behavioural needs. These fish are so beautiful I really like to watch discus fish and these are just so soothing and wonderful to watch. The music si also fantastic!

According to the information in The Gravesend Railway Enthusiast's programme: ***I did not author this, but I am highly confident that the following are Tomohiro Oxborrow's words:*** "Set in the 1980s - early 1990s Japanese countryside in spring, this layout mini shrines, rice fields, bamboo bushes, a thatched water wheel, traditional tile-roof houses etc: all the nostalgic elements that you could expect from the era are packed into a small space of 50 x 90 cm. I started designing and creating this layout when I was seven years old with the help of my parents and it took me about three years to finish. It does not represent any particular village but it is loosely based on the area where my Grandparents live: Yamanashi Prefecture, where Mt Fuji is. The ridge with the cherry blossoms is inspired by the very famous trainspotting location in the area where many train fans come to take pictures from across Japan. The train on the layout is exactly the same model as the ones that ran and are still running on the Koumi Line which goes to the point of highest elevation in the whole Japanese Railway network. From my grandparents' house in Japan, I can always see these trains passing by. Operation-wise, trains can be moved around with a standard controller or if you fancy pretending to be an actual driver, you could try my very realistic controller with a brake handle, an accelerator, a pressure gauge, a speed meter and even a horn. So please come to my stand and 'See it, Savour it, Sorted!"

This just appeared on my recommended video list. I don't know how I missed it as I try to watch all of your train videos. This is just beautiful and the music complements the setting nicely. This is the first time that I have seen a Japanese train like that. I hope that you are having a lovely Christmas.

The young man, Tomohiro Oxborrow, who created this model is absolutely amazing and polite. He commenced creating this layout when he was seven years old. He mentioned that at his Grandparents' house in Japan, he could see the trains running on The Koumi Line. He is obviously a talented person and I think that it was his Mum who accompanied him at this model railway exhibition. It was just lovely to see him control the trains and he took such pride in his layout. He is one of the youngest people I have seen behind the controls. I do hope to see him again and if he sees my video, I hope that he likes it.
