The bones with the rocks around it is where diggos spawn, so if you get rid of all the bones, or all the rocks, or if you completely box it in then diggos won't spawn there. Also if you have a bug or fish in your hand you can double click on empty ground to display them so they aren't in your pocket

I played Dinkum for a little bit a year or so ago. You definitely are doing better than I did 🤣 might have to pick it back up since I can’t really afford the island one you’re playing too
