Not necessarily. I downloaded a glock 19x mod, and I was SEVERELY underwhelmed by my first glowing one.

The line where base weapons arent enough and mod weapons just take the fun away.

For early game you can get a ton of exp from "waterfall quest" if youre playing free to play checkout "vampire slayer" quest you can kill the vampire easier if you hide behind the coffin and hit him with the wind strike magic spell
