I am in puerto viejo for 10 days before i go for the Tortuogero trip . my first couple impression the country is very clean so as people well groomed no matter what. and the sad part is the costa rica is super expensive! in my opinion not worth it! i am well traveled all over the world and the prices are outrages for what you get!

We were just in SD for a wedding and then some chilling out. Love it down there! Looks like you two had a blast, too. Also, glad to see I’m not the only weirdo that eats sauerkraut a la carte 😂. I usually just dig in with some chopsticks.

Scary story - And so thankful you had Nick there watch your back. We should always trust our gut 'If you *feel* something, say something' should be the norm because I find our gut is usually right! Imagine if you had taken a picture of the creep before it happened... the police would have a lead. Stay safe and thank you for sharing. Always trust your gut... and the rest of us can try to help keep an eye out for others who may not be so lucky.

spark was such a light in my life while i was a student at cal poly and for the short time i lived there post grad. it made me fall in love with being intuitive and also hot yoga/ pilates in general. watching your vlogs are truly inspiring! as soon as i am back in the area i can’t wait to attend an outdoor class. i have since moved out of the area but nothing has ever came close to spark :(
