Steers may have their tails stripped to the bone ("degloved"), even torn off. And the horses sometimes suffer broken legs when the steers run the wrong way. This blatant abuse should be outlawed worldwide. Simple "tradition" justifies nothing. Even Cesar Chavez was an outspoken critic. LEGISLATION IS IN ORDER EVERY YEAR, IN EVERY STATE.
