This may sound stupid but that black piece on top of the stick itself do you know what that is called? I bought the knob but didn’t know I was missing that piece? Thank you!

Happy New Year, Rob! 👆🎆 Yea, it's crazy how time continues to fly on by (everyone is getting older)! 😲 Hope you and your family are doing well and you have overcome your sickness. 🤒 I have just gotten over my sickness for 9 straight days, and now I'm feeling hella better! ✊ It's actually been a while since I've seen a hair update from you, so it will definitely be refreshing and nostalgic to see hair updates from you again (just like in the old days). 🙂 Hopefully you'll stick through this one for at least 2 years. 🙏 As for me (despite my icon), I no longer have my long hair. 😕 Despite being sidetracked, I'm looking to make an update on that as soon as I can. *So are you going to trim your beard to give your head hair a chance to catch up to more or less even length?* 🤔 I hope you have used your previous beard journey as a learning experience/stepping stone, and I'll definitely be pulling for you to reach your 1-year mark for your beard journey this time around, as well as your tentative hair journey! ✊

Glad to hear that you are feeling better. The family and I are doing well. Thanks. I'll do my best to make it to two years on the hair journey. I'm still growing the beard out for at least a year and a half. Just mainly going have fun and just see what happens. Looking forward to seeing your next update. Have a great week.

Thanks and glad to hear your going to grow a beard this year. I know you'll do good and make sure you have some beard oil with all natural ingredients. The beard oil is great for the itchy phase usually during the first month of growing a beard. Thanks again a have a great week.

Thanks Rapini. I wish you could grow one as well but I think that's mainly due to genetics. I'm thankful that I can grow a decent beard. Slowly feeling better. I blame me sick on the Texas weather always changing. Have a great Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year.

Hey Rob! Nice to see Beardbrand products at Target. My recommendation would be the Honest Amish beard oil. They have been in the beard game longer than any of the other guys and make an A+ product. What did you end up getting? Where did you move to? Still in Texas?

Congrats on your 8 months of beard growth, Rob! 👍 Your 8 months of growth, this time around, looks a tad bit thicker than your previous 8 months of beard growth, but maybe it's just the way it's styled and/or your oiling methods. 🤷 It looks like you have one massive goatee, dude! 😲 My facial hair doesn't even compare to yours (you're clearly in a class of your own); it must be the genetics and/or testosterone levels in my body. I don't oil my facial hair, but I do my best to use shampoo and conditioner every other day (and sometimes, even apple cider vinegar); using that helps with the dryness, flakes, and overall appearance so that it can be kept in check. 👌 I also have some beard hair that I try to even out every few weeks; it's kinda weird how all of it doesn't grow at the same rate. 😕 You mentioned in your other "Why I Shaved" video that you had no regrets shaving your beard, but in this video, you said you HAVE regrets about not reaching your year mark back then. So which one is it? 🤔 In that video, you said you shaved your beard, because naturally, it was getting longer than your head hair since you started your beard journey 2 months before your hair journey, and ideally, you wanted your head hair to be longer than your beard hair (that wasn't going to be the case that time around). You had underestimated the growth rate of your facial hair in tandem with your head hair. You were much more invested in your beard journey than your hair journey (and it was a difficult decision with how to proceed moving forward), but eventually, you came to terms that you were tired of your beard being longer than your head hair. So instead of trimming it, you shaved all of it off and started fresh. This time around, however, I think it's different for you because, not only is your beard much longer than your head hair, but your intentions/goals are different as well. I guess you're comfortable with your beard being longer than your head hair. Anyways, I hope you have used your previous beard journey as a learning experience/stepping stone, and I'll definitely be pulling for you to reach your 1-year mark for your beard journey this time around! ✊
