Children aren't meant to get the glory ... God is. And this is why things become unbalanced for them when they grow up. They can't handle what was meant for God alone. So hold them back. Don't be so anxious to put them in the line of fire coz that's where they're headed if adults in their lives put them where God only aught to be. See you're making them a god with this kind of exposure.

This little girl is too small to play this concerto on that violin. IMO, she's being used by adults. I hope she isn't ruined by the time she's 10, physically, emotionally or musically. This is not necessary. And I'm not impressed. Why not The Boy Paginini on a properly sized violin and played perfectly, which I'm sure she could do? Or Vivaldi? She's only 6. Her whole life is ahead of her. What's the rush?

I looked her up and she lives in the US and went on to win many prestigious awards and is still playing and teaching. She's 30 this year.

@@mysterion4301 Thanks. She has survived the adults in her childhood. Many gifted children don't. That was my main point. You see a lot of that in beauty pageants, parents living their own dreams through their children.

Die Erwachsenen, die ehrgeizigen Eltern sind in ihrem Ehrgeiz blind und Taub. Abgesehen von dem Schaden an der kleinen Seele : es ist kaum anzuhören , so schlecht gespielt ist es. Armes Kind.

The violin is too big for her and she will most likely suffer all kinds of physical issues into the future...I certainly hope not because she is certainly a remarkable talent.

well i mean, a smaller voilin would sound kind of odd in an orchestra, but even chloe chua played a slightly oversized violin when she was 10, but totally understand you.

I watched Anna with my mouth open - such little hands covering so much ground. Thanks also to KZbin for making this grandad aware of what the next generation is really capable of doing. For example baby talk means that they can't as yet get their tongue around the word but definitely doesn't mean that they don't understand! I wonder what is Anna doing now, 9 years later!
