Mine came out mushy! I was also a little lazy with the liver, I'll practice more! I definitely made too much green seasoning and that actually came out great!

Oh sorry about that. Please when next you want to make your rice if is 2 cups of basmati rice use measuring cup, 4 cups of water and because you’re using coconut milk you can use 3 cups or 2 1/2 cups of water first, then you taste the rice when it’s dry to see if it’s soft enough to your requirement if still hard you can add bit by bit until you get it right. You did well for trying I’m so proud of you 👏 ❤️thank you so much for giving it a try🤗

Then the liver cook the liver first then cut into small pieces or you can use chicken thighs or chicken breast cut into small chunks and the green seasoning am glad you love it. Please preserve it in the freezer for a long lasting use. Pour it into the ice cubes container and store.. then when frozen take it out and store in the ziplock bag. Thank you for believing in me.
