Jesus cannot do anything but give advice which he did in his ministry. It is up to you to go within where the answers are. The knowledge of the kingdome of heaven is within you. No need for any intermediaries. You have a direct link to God. Take personal responsibility.

Amen Brother 🙏 oh how the legalists and false preachers love to take this verse out of it's context to scare the heck out of people. Sad. They don't tell them who the audience was and what was going on. They don't tell them what "sinning willfully" actually means - apostasy. And they never preach "but we are not of who draw back to perdition". Kept by the power of God. Christ my ALL 🙏✝️❤️

@@nicolehutto6941 salvation isn’t dependent on whether or not we remember to do this or that. Salvation is in Christ alone apart from works.

The Bible says we are kept by the power of God. Not ourselves. Denying the faith after salvation does nothing to our eternal security.

Before we came to earth... we had spent much time with God the Father... and Jehovah... the first of all his children. And we knew that Jehovah would be the Messiah... the Savior and his name would be Jesus. We understood that Father was giving us an opportunity to outside of this presence to test ourselves to see if we would do the things he asked us to do. And it was Jehovah that was the God of the Old Testament that from the beginning would be the mediator between us and the Father. And we knew that the Jesus would be crucified on the cross so that world would acknowledge that this was very cruel and it played heavier upon our hearts. For if Jesus had died like John the Baptist had died... humans would not have paid attention.

God demands obedience. Without Holiness no man will see the lord thats in Hebrews. It also says in 1petter to put away EVERY weight and SIN that so easily besets you.

Hebrews 12 speaks of the holiness of our High Priest, Christ the Lord. It is His finished work that saves His people. Hebrews 7 explains in detail that the law (our works) could never make men righteous. God will not share His glory with anyone. Christ alone saves. If you or I look to our pathetic human works, we count the grace of God in Christ a common thing. Legalists: His grace abounds! Christians: serve the Lord in love, not fear. He will lose none of His own.

Not sure I entirely agree with that. Sanctification is a process by which we ought to become more and more like Christ for the rest of our lives.

No. Christ is our wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption. Do not confuse growing in grace with one's standing wrought entirely in, by, and through the finished work of Christ.
