I’m assuming by “active” in ears you guys are referencing DSP? Does the Pearl system allow for full parametric equalization? that’s really the only way to tune an in ear past around 10khz+ because of individual ear canal resonances and whatnot. edit: Overall I disagree with the idea that true subbass shelf recreation can only happen through DSP however. Many chifi companies have gotten the crossovers correct to be able and isolate and create a true subbass shelf. Also, I will say this…even with a single dynamic driver usually the tuning is so good that it also shelves the bass very neatly. different microphones and measuring devices for IEMs such as the GRAS/711 coupler exaggerate bass and lower mids, so a “muddy” bassline in reality for human ears is not so but neutral with a bass boost. Of course nothing crazy only a slight shelf but usually good enough to emulate a flat speaker in a decent room

Would be cool to see some sort of dynamics processing as well. As rare as it is with a good monitor engineer, loud burst of music/noise are possible which if loud enough can really mess up your ears. A multiband limiter would be an awesome addition.

Yes, can this work with my Rosannes? I would love to be able to customize the curve to account for my hearing loss. I have a more severe loss on my left side and I’d love to be able to adjust the volume and eq separately for each ear. And speaking of which, has JH Audio ever thought of making super high fidelity hearing aids? I’m a musician and former sound engineer (back when I could hear better) and even though I’ve got premium hearing aids that help me understand speech they fall woefully short in other frequency ranges. I’d love to somehow turn my Rosannes into super high fidelity hearing aids if that were possible. Thanks for all you do, I LOVE my Roseannes!

Can I use this with my JH Audio Sharonas? Will this have an app to sync to or only editable via PC?

Maybe I missed it, but what does the I/O look like for this? Interested to see if it works for multiple pairs of ears or just one set per, especially for live sound applications.

Obviously this is mostly designed for live use, but will this be available and useful for audiophiles? Not quite sure exactly how this device works once it's disconnected from the computer.

Overpriced garbage. I have a pair of $3600.00 JH in-ears. Manufacturer defects are not covered by them. Don't waste your money.

There isn't a finer listening experience on the planet than JHAudio IEM's. I purchased JH16 Pro's 10 years ago and they are still the best thing I've ever listened to music through.
