I just got one of these & everyone says it adjusts to fit all body sizes. I'm 5'11 with a 29" waist and cannot get the waist belt anywhere near small enough. Any thoughts ?? This was going to be for a shotty load out so a tight fit would be preferred.

I got a few of these that are crushed up real good, they still hold water just fine but how could i permanently reinflate these to make them almost like new?

Anybody here know if I can dye my all black FLC to a green or coyote brown or am I stuck? I picked it up years ago and now that I got a rifle I remembered I had it. Just need a belt and pouches but if I can’t dye it I’ll sell it. All black stands out in the woods.

I would use the GP pouch for solo missions, deep past enemy lines, to keep a emergency-friend if I get stranded and start to lose my mind. Instead of a volleyball with a face drew onto it like in Forrest Gump 2, the friend would be inflatable. In order to save space and weight, I could keep it rolled up in my dump-pouch as well, if it becomes necessary.

Instead of split key rings, you can get grimlocs. Buy a super cheap hydration carrier and it comes with 4 of them, and straps which can be sewn on (instead of the ALICE straps). Did this with army sustain pouches to make small backpacks for youth.

Actually I like beans and rice and almost always pack some form of them that cooks quickly (not hard these days). The combination is adequate source of protein, carbs and fiber. Stored properly they'll outlast MREs too. I'll check these out.
