yes, reinstalled the driver and verified the game files on steam.

Something is Bad on ur System. Ive got 55 FPS (64Max and 36Min) on 1440P with 5800X + 3080TI Strix 12GB with 32GB DDr4 3200Hz Ram on Win 11 + M2.SSD (Seagate Firecuda 520 2TB). the 5800X3D should get better FPS then 48 on then Benchmark (I edited cause i made the test with the exact same settings u did.)

it's ok like it is.. there is still the "Frame Generation" Option. maybe the windows 10 factor and that it's still the installation from 2019. and i got my 3080Ti limited to 99% power.
