Are you a believer? I am willing to help you, but you can ask the Lord as well. I know he speaks in a lot of ways. Fasting, is doing without food usually or something you are sacrificing from doing or using. Read the Bible instead of computer time as an example. God honors that. Hope that helped. God bless you!

@@andrewc.123 well when u start to fast when u first start u let know one know ur fasting thats between you and him and you cover ur face in oil and pray to god and say ur starting a fast and then wash off the oil and then dont eat or drink it dosnt matter how long u fast as long as ur doing it i would recommend like a day at least but if u need to be closer to him go for like 5 days at least but while fasting do not eat or drink cuz as soon as you do ur no longer fasting now this is what i know im not all great and knowing there might be some parts im wrong abt on what i just said like the other dude said go to be bible matthew 6:16-18
