I like your way for explaining how to fix the problem..!! So I have a problem in my led display screen module..!! I have around 6 meters long display screen and consists of two lines of led blocks... The problem is that the (upper line) which consists of around 15 led blocks is the whole blocks are always lit up, while the (lower line) is working and displaying normal which shows up the lower half of the words and numbers only...!? So please if understand my explanation, tell me how to fix this problem..?? Thank you so much...❤

Maybe your motherboard has problem. 1, Attempted to restore factory settings: Press the "Ok" button - setup - advance (8th option) - restore factory settings, and checked if it's okay? 2, Try using a computer signal through HDMI to see if the cable is okay? 3, If the above two steps still don't work, the only option is to send the motherboard back for repair.

Hello, After screen configuration, when i send screen configuration with NovaLct it show this msg : failed to send screen information, current display mode is 0px0p .Thé device is VX400 . The rcgfx file go successfully.tle problème is only with screen configuration.
